We accept credit card payments through Paypal (for U.S. and all International customers).

If paying by Paypal, please make sure your account is confirmed as we only ship to confirmed addresses. In addition, you will be taken to the Paypal website to complete the transaction. Once complete, you will have the option to print your receipt and return to Kawaii Couture. You can select the payment method of your choice during checkout.

All orders received from Monday thru Friday before 6pm PST will be processed on the same day, excluding holidays, and will be shipped within two business days pending availability and payment verification. Any orders placed Friday after 6pm PST will be processed on the following Monday.

Shipping Calculation - Shipping charges are automatically calculated during checkout. You can also get a shipping quote by adding the desired items into your cart, and then entering your shipping destination. Select 'Get a Quote', and you will be able to see the shipping amount on the item(s) you wish to purchase.

Domestic Shipping - All items within domestic United States are shipped via USPS or UPS. Package arrival time depends on the shipping method you select during checkout. California residents - tax charge of 7.75%. Estimated shipping fee via USPS Priority Mail: 3-4 items ($4.80), 5-7 items ($5.20), etc. Actual shipping fee depends on the weight of item(s).

International Shipping - All international orders are shipped via USPS Global Priority Mail. It usually takes 4-7 business days for the package to arrive, but may take more or less time depending on your country's customs processing schedule.

Customs - Any tax, customs, or import fees levied by the destination country is the responsibility of the customer. Please check with the custom house of your country to see if any additional fees may apply. Kawaii Couture is not responsible for any customs. If customs charges on an incoming shipment are not paid by the customer, it will be returned to us at our expense. We will then deduct that charge, as well as any additional customs charges, from the refund of the original purchase price.

We want you to be happy with your purchase, so we offer the following policy for returns and exchanges.

A product may be exchanged or returned within 10 days of the date of delivery if the item HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and are in PERFECT, BRAND NEW CONDITION with all tags intact. Returns after the 10 days time period are subject to a 50% restocking fee. Returns will NOT be accepted after 20 days. All sales are final on sale or clearance items, handbags, jewelries, and accessories.

Please contact us to request a Return Authorization form before sending back any packages. Your return must be authorized, so please do not send us anything if you have not received a RA# (Return Authorization number). If your return is approved, you will receive a RA# in the e-mail. If your return or exchange is a result of our error, we will pay for the shipping charge(s) and your card will be refunded if you wish to return the item instead of an exchange.

Items that SMELL (from smoke, body odor, etc), or are UNCLEAN (with deodorant marks, covered in pet hair, make-up stains, or dirt/dust scuffs, etc.) are NOT in new condition and are NOT eligible to be returned. Please be sure to remove make-up and/or deodorant prior to trying items on in order to avoid making marks on clothing. PLEASE NOTE - Items that are returned unclean or with odors will either be refused, or will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.

Make a Return or Exchange - Once you are approved for a return or exchange, repackage your item in the EXACT packaging that you received it in - including any plastic bags, plastic wrap, or boxes. Please make sure you include a copy of your original purchase receipt and RA number. We strongly recommend that you insure the package as we cannot be responsible or give refunds on any damaged merchandise.

Returns - Once we receive the returned package with all the necessary documents, we will begin processing the refund, excluding any shipping & handling fees from the original receipt. You should expect to receive your refund within 5 business days, but it may be sooner.

Exchanges - If your exchange is not a result of our error, and you want something different, return the item for a store credit to make a new purchase. Please note that shipping fees are not credited.
